VODAFONE ARE VERY MISLEADING WITH THERE ADVERTS AS THEY DO NOT STICK TO THE PRICE'S IN THERE OFFERS AS I HAVE FOUND OUT TO MY COST AS THE PRICE WILL RISE TWICE IN MY CONTRACT OVER THE 24 MONTH'S ! ! !

It looks like you need a new keyboard. As far as the contract goes, the price rise every year is in the contract. So what part is misleading? The practice of mid contract price increases by most providers is also the subject of a lot of online and media discussions, so again not really a secret.

Be warned! Vodafones customer service is by far the worst of any company I have ever dealt with.

most instability I've ever experienced from an isp for fibre only 12 months to go

Read the 58% of negative feedbacks from Trustpilot about Vodafone Uk before you buy anything from from them!

Ok, guessing I'm the 42% on the flip side - had 0 probs wth Voda. It's just my missus and I on their 63mb package, we both work from home and also like our gaming and streaming. Was with VM for 10 years before house move who'd I'd have stuck with but they don't service where I am, tho they'll be up and running later this year. (edited)

I just left these scammers. Better be careful...from £25 next April will go up to £30pm and then to £35 (if you are lucky) ..if this is ok with you, then go ahead. I know some will say "but all providers increasing their monthly payments", yes but mostly with 5% while Vodafone is more than 13% (edited)

So glad I went with the local company and not city fibre. £24 a month with 7 months free. No vouchers, cashback and tracking and all that crap. No mid contract price rises either. Works out at £17 a month. Everything done over the phone with a local call centre. No other companies to deal with as they are the wholesaler and retailer on one network

I'm leaving Vodafone in a couple of weeks. Joined September 21 at £21.50 per monthly. The next year after April price rise was £23.50. After this year's rise it is now £26.88. Going to Now Broadband. £21per month , 12 month contract. £70 TCB (though have submitted match to Quidco's £90). £30 from Lloyds Bank after two payments to Now. And lastly 35% Airtime rewards for purchases over £10 excluding delivery charges, excludes gift vouchers etc.

I was £32 per month for 60 mb/s with voda, but im in the process of upgrading to 900mb/s for £29. I did it online, i had to go through online chat to do the upgrade, even though i was signed in i had to repeat security sign in questions etc. The whole process took over 40 mins, where the only real reason was to book an engineer. The process could be alot better.

Also be prepared for 100 confirmation emails and calls before installation, from city fibre and vodafone. When i booked the upgrade i chose the date that i wanted, so why do i need to keep confirming installation date. Also alot of advertising for the new flip phone each time.

The best one was where i recieved an email for its time to upgrade. 100mb/s for £31, lol. I think its £25 online.

Just a caution, 9 months on and still no cashback. So don't count on it.

    I have 900mb for £29

So do I and it’s been great. Cheaper than the lower speed options too. Installation team were fab but they did get a coffee and a bacon roll to keep them going.

They should raise the gift card with rpi.

£125 for sure. No idea how it's £100 for you.

Where are all the TCB reps…don’t bank of getting the money on these deals. Been fobbed off for many many months…waiting for vodafone they claim…when they aren’t ignoring that is. Total joke to be honest
  17. DerekMartin's avatar
Sorry, but in 2 occasions I went with voda, and NO vouchers were ever issued. Speed was fine with broadband, but aa DON'T rely on vouchers.

Anyone know if returning customers can access this deal? I left them a year ago
  19. Petwal41's avatar
I think you recieve the £125 voucher when you have paid 6 monthly payments and need to request it then

I signed up for a similar deal in last December and I didn't notice that the price would go up after a few months since most suppliers' prices were fixed for the first year at least. I've been paying almost £30 since April. It's been a good lesson for me
  21. fozzy17's avatar
I have fibre plan with voda and I pay £20 a month, I get a discount as my mobile is with them , been with them 7 years been faultless
