Kevin Costner stars in this sci-fi adventure set on a future Earth which is submerged in water. sorted byThey destroyed any chances for sequel which this really desreved. For some reason they wanted to derail Kevin Costner golden run.....well he is backnin Yellowstone at least. Movie deserved far better future.
