Definitely useful for someone who is new to BBQ'ing or want to learn new techniques. if you know what you're doing then perhaps not, some decent recipes.

I'm waiting for the new Weber Gas BBQ Bible to come down to below £15 as although been outdoor cooking for 10 years, realy want to step up my game with my Weber Genesis as only really dabbled with Gas Grills before and these sort of books are very useful for lack of experience with a certain type of grill

@SOTV has pretty much summed it up.
I have this book, I prefer written form for recipe books at this price it’s worth the money.
I too am waiting for the Weber Gas BBQ Bible but at the prices they currently want I’ll wait a bit longer.

If you find you collect a lot of recipes for grilling/smoking off the web, thoroughly recommend downloading Recipe Keeper Pro (Paid version) think I paid about £7.99 for the Pro version. recipekeeperonline.com/ I have it installed on my Windows laptop and Alexa Echo Show.

Allows you to import recipes by putting URL in and it seperates ingredients and instructions and picture and saves it like a page of a book. You just put them into categories i.e. type of meat, side dish, sauces, rubs etc

If you have an Echo Show it is especially good as you just need to say Alexa show Ribs and it displays all the rib recipes you have saved and you just tap on the one you want displayed on the Show.

On the laptop you have to navigate the categories by clicking.

Best £8 I have spent as have so many great recipes saved all in one easy navigable app now (edited)

We have this book and it is really good. There are some really good recipes in it I think and the techniques are helpful for first timers. That said, we've had Weber for the best part of 30 years (not gas) and I still go back to this book for inspiration.

Any good for those new to lo and slow? I did a bit of brisket last year and it worked in the end but there has to be a more efficient way of doing it than I did it
