Selection is good for me this time. Parsnip and apple soup, lentil soup and Scoth broth sorted, as well as veg for main meals.

Whenever I see veg at prices like this I always think of the phrase “heat or eat” and laugh

To be fair this isn't really a meal. Maybe you could buy all of them and some lentils and make some pretty bland soup but that's about it. Other than that these are mostly sides or these are the cheap ingredient to a larger meal usually for most people including meat or fish which is much more expensive.

It's also only a one week offer so I'm not sure this would have helped people for the last 6 months. (edited)

Bought my veg today. It was only when I got home that I noticed I've been charged full price. Hopefully they don't expect me to trail it all back when I ask for a refund.

    possibly...
I always got in habit of checking receipt (at till or at the car) before getting home as this has happened more often than you would imagine in the past.

i imagine most people do not check their receipts at all as most of them seem to be flying around the car park / i have never actually seen anyone check it!

anyway, it does not happen as often these days since the dawn of self service tills as they know it will inconvenience (them) at the self service tills as a customer will immediately notice it flash up if the price is wrong!!!! (edited)
