I bought a bag of the Lidl version and it’s better than Wickes own but it’s not as good as Westland version. I’m paying more but the difference is noticeable.
It might be but I’d bet it’s their lower grade stuff as the wickes branded version is not the same quality.
40 litres £2 aldi and Lidl
What it means is the bags are sold as 90 litres 'when filled' which also includes A LOT of air / space. The bag is then packed so you are actually receiving around 45 litres, not the 90 litres advertised. Its clever sleight of hand, Wickes are not incorrect to say it's 90 litres when filled....but you are actually only receiving 45 litres, in my experience. Personally, this kind of marketing is unethical in my view, retailers should sell responsibly. Where is the limit otherwise? Add extra air when filling the bags so it's now 250 litres 'when filed'?
It’s supplied by Westland
