sorted byYou can overclock and undervolt this to beat a 6950XT and a 7900GRE at stock and can get Timespy scores better than the latter (22000+ only 4000 behind a 7900XT or about 20% difference).
This card will last for at least 4 years or about 1 year into the PS6 before it needs upgrade (edited)
Nah, you can run this card for pretty much as long as you want if you tweak settings along the way so you don't "need" to upgrade for much longer. Hell I still had a 970 from 2015 til last November and it held up still really well, even at 1440.... Until I got to anything released since 2020 anyway but still
And while I have your attention does anyone happen to have a list of components we might need to make one for around £750 - or less (we have keyboard, monitor and mouse)
If that 7800xt does get close to £400, definitely a significant upgrade over the 7700xt in this part list (edited)
