    I bought the Xiaomi 12 lite. Ring doorbell app doesn't work properly, zero support.

    If you want to buy, remember to change the currency to USD and pay with currency debit card like Monzo / Starling. The price shown in £ on Ali is around 3-4% higher than in USD, as Ali charges hidden conversion fee.

    In theory everything above £135 can get caught by customs and VAT will be added but in practice I heard that 95% of parcels is flying under the radar. I bought a watch for £140 and it arrived not being bothered.

    Global version is fine for all types of UK networks. Chinese version won't have band 20 which is useful for long distance, normally rural areas.

    Excellent price.
    I got this phone a few weeks ago from Wondamobile - excellent bit of kit, but it did cost me slightly more at £620... It did arrive within 5 days though. I'm not sure on deliveries from Ali... I've bought few phone covers from them and they usually take about a month with very limited tracking.
    That's not to say that that would happen when purchasing this phone.

    What is the resolution and fps of selfie camera? Gmsarena says 1080p 30fps, its hard to believe in a top phone.

    Notice this is for 849 pounds in Xiaomi UK shop. AliExpress shows 1075 as original price. As some has mentioned, there is a risk with taxes.

    I'm looking to buy a phone but I will wait until end of summer sales in Xiaomi.
