Looking to replace my wife's ancient Samsung S7 she like the size of the S7 is this comparable size wise it sounds like the screen is quite big. Any other recommendations please?

Honor X8 is available in 4g and 5g, it was released in March 2022, has a bigger screen, better main and selfie camera, 6GB RAM and 128GB internal memory.

This advertised Xiaomi Redmi 10 is a 5g phone, it was released in September 2022, has better battery, 6GB RAM and also has 128GB internal memory. (edited)

Second hand Pixel 4a on here at the moment should be fairly good at memeory management, but you might want a bigger battery if the apps are power hungry, think you're probably wanting a lot for £100.

Yes, lot of people have expressed reservations about display quality. I have used the application "COLORS" (apk I am afraid) for background /wallpaper and it has made noticeable improvement. Worth trying out and picking a colour of your choice.

I guess this is a good upgrade from the LG G5 - the kids will miss the instant battery charge though (less than 3 seconds to go from 0% to 100% charge as the LG G5 has a removeable battery and I bought 24 spares!)

Had one of these for a few months last year but was less than impressed with LCD screen quality outdoors. Flogged it at a profit and picked up on a deal here the Amoled screen Note 10 Pro no outdoor issues.

Mine was originally showing as £116.66 when I bought so with their offer of a partial refund of £10 I'm still happy to keep this phone for £106.66

After phoning them they were great. Had a Royal mail pick up and she put the label on as my printers kaput. I've now had an email saying they're authorising the refund. Despite the mistake and having to return it I'm impressed with the customer service. They've been efficient, pleasant and apologetic about the mistake re 6gb vs 4gb we all got.

You must feel cheated. Are you taking it up with the seller? Still a good price for 4G but really you should be compensated by the seller in some way if you decide to keep it.

Just a heads up. I received my phone, was just about to open it when I noticed that I was sent the 4gb version instead of 6gb. Easy mistake, I'm sure, but I imagine that I won't be the only one to be sent this version if they are picking them out of the same crate.

Has anybody had a returns label yet? I only managed to phone them on Friday and haven't received anything yet. My emails to them always come back undeliverable too. Did people get email confirmation that they would send the returns label? I'm worried that I am holding onto the phone too long and they might come back and say I've gone over some returns period or something!
