    Great weight . Great price.

If you can find a 10kg pair also.... You'd be set for literally years unless your Arnold .

7.5 a great weight indeed for shoulders press. Chest fly. Side raise. Tricep press. Bicep curl.

Do pressups on them and gain an inch range. Literally perfect. Might need a 10kg for shoulder press it might not be enough for that. As eventually youl get stronger and might not be enough for that particular one.

I wouldn't even bother with these. Waste of money. Just get yourself 2 bags of 10kg rice each and use them instead. Much cheaper and also carbon friendly (just imagine Greta smiling cause of your good deed).

Bonus tip: if you wanna work with smaller weights, just eat some of the rice in equal portions from both bags and you're set (or...you'll get the right set).

Ive got these and they are great. I had adjustable ones previously and got fed up with the metal ring coming undone during sets. These are one peice so much better. I dont see how they will degrade if you take care of them.

The price/kg is excellent but the quality will not be as lovely. You can buy a proper pair of hex dumbells for about £38, the same weight. They are going to last forever, might as well buy the proper ones.

I'm tempted because of the price but they look large for the weight. Reviews indicate they are much larger than more expensive dumbbells of the same weight which means certain exercises are not possible. That and the weights are uneven, some are a few hundred g under and one is heavier than the other in the same pair. (edited)

that did make me laugh, I used to volunteer at a gym and sports centre, before I became a gym instructor and they used to use the 5kg and 7.5kg rubber dumbbells to hold the dug-out doors open by the 5-a-side pitch.. lol

*edit - this is the price per dumbbell so no where near this deal*

I went looking for alternatives off the back of that and went with these rubberised ones on decathlon for a few £ more with free C&C (or £5 shipping) if you aren't keen on these particular ones decathlon.co.uk/p/w…282 they have a few other sizes at decent prices too (edited)

The decathlon ones are nice, but they are sold in singles so a fair bit dearer

Heat, good price and ordered but then cancelled.  Reading how the actual weight is inconsistent is a kicker and I can’t be bothered to go through another return with amazon.

Shame these aren't proper cast iron dumbbells or I would have gone for them (really after some 10s though)

Also very easy to print a sticker that says 25kg and put it over their one to impress your friends.
