I like the rotofryer range, I am temped to buy a bigger one however I would only end up making more unhealthy choices!
Second that Our de'longhi has lasted us years and you don't use as much oil Although be careful as we don't use it that often, so ask yourself if you really need one? Otherwise, it will be a waste of cupboard space. (edited)

Can't recommend a fryer, but I would recommend using rapeseed oil in it, corn oil goes sticky quite quickly which makes the fryer difficult to clean. By far the best fryer I've had was a Kenwood easy clean, but that was discontinued after delongi bought the brand.
