Pen for fire HD10" tablet

Hi.
Advice please.
Colleague at work has an excellent ipad with a terrifc pen which is great to take hand written notes with. I'd like to do the same but an ipad and stylus pen os 400 quid.

I do own a 2021 fire HD tablet and works well.

I'm wondering if I can get a decent pen fpr it and a notes app to save me the trouble of getting an ipad. And perhaps the pen will be cheaper !

Any advice on a noted app and a pen for a fire tablet ? Ta
