Shredded Memory Foam in a Bean Bag - on the cheap

Morning guys.

Hope this helps others, too.

Hope everyone is all good for a Sunday.

I'm trying to get two Large Bean Bags for my nieces, 5&2 when it's movie day at Uncle's place.

Found a good-looking option at 11.99 each on eBay.

I've been reading about shredded memory foam instead of white beans, which we had in outdoor furniture in Qld.

Has anyone had experience with the memory foam?

2.25kg of beans is the recommended amount for the bag I'm buying. Memory foam seems to need 10% extra from Google searches

So, I'm thinking 2.5kg per bag of Memory foam each bag. 5kg on eBay 29.99.

Fifty-four pounds for two solid, comfy Maxi Bean bags.

Here are my thoughts...

If the cat gets to them, or they burst for whatever reason, you will probably curse not choosing the foam.
The beads go everywhere on a breeze, cover all pets and surfaces thanks to static electricity, and will be a never ending clean up
