Thats right, they were only £239 with cashback, would be frustrating to pay more for second hand.
Different mount, this is E mount, the older lenses fit A mount and SR mount (MD/MC lenses). You can get adapters although the experience and results are not always great with the A6000. A bit better with the A6300 & A6500.
Do old Sony and even older Minolta lenses work with these mirrorless cameras? Or do they have a different mount?
It's still decent deal. Considering you cannot get them cheaper anywhere else at the moment. Great camera and good price. Voted hot
Good camera but this isn't a great price. When Sony had their double cash back deal you could get it new for less. If you can wait Amazon will reduce them again over black Friday they always do with Sony bodies
Some amazing deals in the past on the GX80 with the lens. I am a GX80 owner but I missed those deals. I got mine from a trusted ebay seller for £260 (body only), listed as excellent condition, which it is.If this CameraJungle deal was around back then I would have jumped on it. Not only did I pay more, I also haven't got any guarantee.I have confidence in CameraJungle because the £300 14-140 mkii lens I bought from them to go on my GX80, was listed as "excellent" and is spot on on every way.
True, might be worth holding out for when the cashback deals start again. Some of us were lucky enough to get this with the 12-32 lens for £249 back in Jan...https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/panasonic-lumix-dmc-gx80-compact-system-camera-with-12-32mm-349-249-after-cashback-john-lewis-2883700
Six months ago there was a sale for 359 at Amazon and others. After cash back price was 309 for brand new with 12-32 lens. Now they sell just the body for 233 and lens for 103. All this is used....

10% Off Everything @ CameraJungle (Jessops Used)
Everything used comes with 12 months guarantee. The condition of their used equipment is rated Good/Excellent/Mint.
Honestly, I cannot see this offer on the Currys page. I will post as a deal if I see it. Yep affordability is what swung it in the end. A6000 plus lenses was just too much for my budget. In-camera focus bracketing on GX80 so can't wait to get a macro lens, saving hard!
No I own an A7rii. The 24-70 zeiss zoom is dearer secondhand from them than it is new from currys with Sony cashback. The sel55210 is virtually the same as amazon regularly sells it for. To be fair I’ve had most of the Sony mirrorless and the a6000 is a superb camera. Probably the best camera of its time when released for the money and one of the most groundbreaking at its time hence it still sells so well today But You’ve bought a great camera and into a very good system for affordable decent lenses. In all honesty, I think we’re spoilt nowadays for choice and quality and there aren’t bad cameras really out there. All a collection of marginal gains here and there and you just need to find the one that suits your needs best Enjoy it
Sony 16-70mm F4 ZA OSS listed as "Good" condition is £317.54 @ CameraJungle Best price for new looks to be Currys £605 Are you a6000 owner? I was really torn between Sony and Panasonic
Ive just looked and even with the 10% their used Sony lenses are way over priced! Most of them are as cheap new elsewhere
