Missing my point completely. Ive just looked at DLP for 2 adults and 1 child, £3000 for 7 nights. Same type of hotel and tickets and DDP at florida £3300. Yes theres flights to add but double the time, more to do, better parks, better free dining for £1300 more? Wheres the value there? Every time I look at DLP it feels like a rip off. Have never seen a price I like yet even with this so called "offer".

J2X

The "offer' for 2021 is awful. So lets hope so.

nozza78

Whenever we look a WDW it is a £8-10k holiday for a family of four with flights and food for two weeks. Even if a week was pro rota £4-5k the flights themselves would often cost nearly as much as a trip to DLP. We can do six days in DLP including travel and food for under £2500. For most people, and especially if you have young children, DLP is a much more practical and affordable option. You also don’t need to pointlessly tip 20% at every meal.

MonkeyMan90

It was April. Don't know if it was cheap because it ended up been spring break when we were there but it included private villa direct flights from Manchester and park tickets to Disney not universal. And a dodge charger hire car. We got it from what is referred to as a holiday hypermarket which I think tui own

dani_potter89

What time of year and is that including all park tickets? I doubt it as well as direct flights

I booked direct with them last year and again this year. The main difference for me is able to add the character breakfast in advance at a reduce rate. This way we get to see and take pictures with the Disney characters without potentially spending hours queuing up and spend more time on rides. Also going via Eurostar you get the Disney Luggage express Service too (which is extra when booked separately)

Cold as ice for this deal

CrCrCr

Has anyone previously used ebookers/Expedia for DLP packages and would like to share their experiences? They offer rooms with park tickets & food options at lower rates comparable to DLP direct. Just wondering if I'm missing something. :{

trakker1

I’m looking to go around these dates from Manchester. I’m looking at flying and would love to stay at the Disney Hotel. I’m tempted for sure just worried about the lack of free dining plan and buying on the French site, although as someone has already said they have done it before I’m happy with that

williamh1

I beg to differ. Paris has 2 Disney parks, Orlando has 4 Disney theme parks, 2 water parks and a huge shopping and dining area at Disney Springs and covers an area the size of Greater Manchester.

Because you went in June which means you took your kids out of school to get it cheap. The OP’s deal is for the beginning of April at the start of the Easter Holidays. I could go next week for 7 nights for the same price you paid for 4 nights but it’s a ridiculous comparison because it’s bound to be cheaper in the middle of January.

paul.fowles

How this is being rated hot! Last year in June we went for 4 nights, 2 adults 2 children for £1100. The free half board, is not free its incorporated into the deal. Like DFS the sale/offers are always on..

What’s the best site to book dlp for 2A 2C and how far in advance can you book? Looking for December 2021 as at these prices need to save!

Cheapest tickets you can buy are from Voyagin. They have Halloween discount on top of cheaper prices at the mo plus it’s 4.2% tcb if you can get it. We’ve just bought ours and going next week

ockyjimd

The best tip I was given... take a suitcase of food! Low cost holiday, good £200 a day on food BAD. Great place though.

mickrick

Anytime I've been in Disney world the ferry has been free, so I don't see why its been included in the deal. Personally, I prefer the monorail. Sitting up front with the driver, or engineer as those American folk call them, on your birthday is just THE best.

skhotdeal

Any advice on where to buy the cheapest Disney land tickets possible?

I was hoping for a deal (lol)

We have have only been to DLP once in the past 9 years opting for florida. In Sept 2018 we had a 8 night holiday to Florida with Villa, pool, flights and car with full insurance booked as a late deal for only £1850 with Virgin for four adults. Obviously it didn't include theme park tickets, but bought annual passes for Universal (£250 each) as we returned within 12 months.

gamechanger1

Better off going Disney calafornia

roguesspam

Haha 1200 for 2 nights with a train to get there. Literally cheaper to fly to florida.

abigsmurf

Couple of years ago I booked DLP for a long weekend for about £300pp (ferry + drive) although I stayed at the cheapest hotel possible (one of those micro-hotels). The prices on that site are comparable to a Florida Holiday... Don't forget that a significant section of Disney Studios is closed at the moment, it's being turned into Marvel land with a Spider-man ride, Avengers coaster (Rock and Rollercoaster retheme), an Ant-man attraction and a doctor strange show/attraction. No idea when it will be finished (possibly late 2020, more likely early 2021) . After that, there's a massive expansion that'll see Galaxies Edge and Frozen added and Disney Village flattened and replaced with something like Disney Springs.

Thanks OP I’ve been Florida quite a few times so am pretty happy with what I’m doing, but gonna be taking the misses and other family members who haven’t been, so need something to let them know what’s there.. this is great! We always used to get the DVDs years ago, and I’m surprised they don’t deliver good content via YouTube!

is it a bit of a stretch hoping that Disney pen comes with the brochure too..?
