-
Standard Delivery
This is always free no matter how much you spend. Products are delivered by courier direct from the factory and are hygienically packed ready for you to use. You'll be notified once your order has been dispatched and will be able to track it en route. You'll also be contacted on the day of delivery with a time slot. Delivery times vary depending on the product and you'll be given an estimated delivery schedule when you place your order.

How to Return Emma Mattress Products
Buying a mattress is an important and expensive investment but an investment that you need to get right as hopefully, you'll be sleeping comfortably on your new purchase for many years to come. Emma appreciates that it can take a while to become accustomed to your new purchase (it can take the body up to six weeks to get used to a new mattress!). Because of this, it offers a generous risk-free trial period of 200 nights. This period starts from the day you receive your order. If at the end of the trial period, you decide the mattress isn't working for you then Emma will arrange for it to be picked up and will give you a full refund. To organise a return of your mattress:

-
Check your item is eligible - Emma Original Mattress, Emma Hybrid Mattress and Emma Accessories are all included (but not the Emma Bed).
-
Go to the Returns Portal and enter your order number and the email you used when placing your order.
-
Select the items you wish to return.
-
A member of the Customer Service Team will contact you to arrange a convenient time for the collection of your unwanted purchases (at no cost to you).
-
Once the items have been received and checked by Emma, a refund will be issued. Depending on the original payment method, this can take up to 14 days to process.
Payment Choices at Emma Mattress

About Emma Mattress
Emma has not been in the mattress market for long but it is certainly making itself known. Ever since the brand was launched in Frankfurt, Germany in 2015, satisfied customers have appreciated the comfort and support offered by its innovative Emma Original Mattress - even osteopaths and chiropractor recommend it. Excellent reviews on Trustpilot add an extra endorsement. This success story was cemented in 2019 when the brand won 'Best Mattress of the Year' awards from both Good Housekeeping and Ideal Home. Just two of the eleven international awards it has received so far. Emma has always been environmentally and carbon-footprint aware - although Emma Mattresses retail in 20 countries and 4 continents, they are always produced locally.
The Emma Mattress Product Range
The Emma Mattress product range is fairly compact as the brand focuses on what it does best. In fact, it only sells five products. These are:
-
The Emma Original Mattress
This award-winning mattress is perfect for all types of sleepers with a high-quality HRX Supreme memory foam that adapts to your body, cradling you as you sleep. Your shape is then remembered by the Emma Original for next time. The foam distributes the pressure of your body weight evenly across the mattress, meaning you won't wake up with aches and pains. Also helping you to sleep comfortably is the Innovative Airgocell foam layer which helps regulate your body temperature. An elastic top cover regulates humidity, keeping moisture away while the breathable bottom cover aids air circulation. Side handles help you manoeuvre the mattress into position.
-
The Emma Hybrid Mattress
If you like something a little more traditional, then try the Emma Hybrid Mattress. Here, HRX Supreme memory foam is combined with a layer of premium Aeroflex pocket springs and ultra-breathable Airgocell foam to give dynamic pressure relief that keeps your spine safely aligned. The UltraDry cover keeps you cool and dry no matter how hot the weather gets. The cover is easy to clean, just in case you spill your morning cup of tea.
-
The Emma Bed
While Emma Mattresses come in standard sizes that fit UK beds, you can maximise their benefit by combining them with an Emma Bed. In combination, the pair deliver unbeatable comfort. The bed's FlexiSlats provide additional support to the pressure points of back, hips and shoulders while its durable construction means it will give you many years of undisturbed sleep. Under the slats is an AirFlow base that keeps air circulating and dampness away. The outline of the Emma bed is elegant enough to fit into any bedroom design and decor while the integral padded headboard means you can read in comfort.
-
The Emma Pillow
It took over 100 prototypes to ensure that the Emma Pillow was perfect. It's designed to suit all sleep types and is made from three layers of premium ZeroGravity Airgocell foam. These can be removed, letting you adjust your pillow for optimum height and firmness. The foam is protected by a moisture-wicking UltraDry washable cover to keep you cool at night. The Emma Pillow is hypoallergenic, vegan and non-toxic.
-
The Emma Protector
The Emma Protector is designed to be used with Emma Mattresses but fits all standard mattresses. Although it features the 100% waterproof EmmaGuard layer it is totally breathable. It also protects from allergens such as dust mites and, once fitted, is guaranteed not to wrinkle.
Shopping for your Emma Mattress
The most cost-effective way to buy the Emma Mattress or Emma Bed is directly from Emma via its website. You can also buy them on the high street from stores such as John Lewis and Bensons for Beds. Shopping from the Emma website is easy as there is plenty of information about the science of sleep and the technology of mattresses as well as in-depth information about each item in the product range. The A-Z Glossary, the Blog and the Help pages ensure you get exactly the mattress or accessory you need.
