Hi @jinmunsuen thanks for sharing your first deal, this does seem to be the cheapest currently for the Velvet Blue Diamond colour option :)
Surely we could use existing laser technology to measure shades at various points then adjust heat to required yum yum level ? I'd pay a £50 note ;) ;) for that.
Some people appreciate the form and material of an object and can see past function and cost. If function and cost were the only thing we would all be wearing £5 jeans from the supermarket, living in square boxes, driving the same functional car. Why do people pay £200 on a set of sunglasses, £1000 on a mobile phone, £800 on a pair of shoes......
Love the one sided bagle function, superb toaster
True, but my counter argument would be, I've not long bought a breville 4 slice toaster that makes 'bangin' toast for just over 20 quid. I expect to get 2 or 3 years out of it, by which time it'll probably be either un-cleanable, scratched, dented or discoloured or any combination thereof, or just no longer fit in with the other appliances and I'll be looking to drop another 20-30 quid on something similar and I'll still have saved money on not buying this (lol) (lol) Not voted either way, like i say, someone will appreciate this deal (y)

KitchenAid Hand Mixer 7 Speed 5KHM7210 - £74.25 delivered at KitchenAid Store£74.25£9925% off Free P&P Free
Not often I've seen offers on kitchenaid appliances, the delivery time is a bit longer than normal so as long as you're patient. Also includes a 2 year gurantee. First deal posted … Read more
Mine is noisier on its lowest speed than it is on the next couple up too...
At lowest speed, mine sounded like it was almost cutting out, wouldnt call it clunking, more like engine before stalling. I ended up adjusting speed (following youtube video), balanced the two screws and increased speed a little to make sure it was rotating to once a second. Now sounds ok. Hope that may be of help
My mixer finally arrived and it has a clunking noise at low speeds. Anyone had this issue or used kitchenaid customer service before?
Now got my notification also and same delivery date. Suspect there's going to be a lot of mixing this weekend :)
I got my delivery notification today. I bought it late Friday night and it will be delivered this Friday.

KitchenAid Queen of Hearts Artisan 4.8L tilt-head stand mixer £524.25 with code @ KitchenAid£524.25
I did read on another deal this model might struggle with dough. I may exchange it for a Kenwood if this is the case...
I got one of these last year - and it's surprisingly terrible at dough - it really struggles with a 2lb mix, so you still have to knead it by hand. Lot of forums talk about this, and if bread is your thing, you really need a Kenwood. Still love mine though, as the pasta attachment makes life a joy.
Its functionally better, so well made, will last a lifetime and the attachments are great. My favourites are the pasta maker and mincer.
My partner basically said that if I buy this for her then it’ll be Easter biscuits on tap for me, so buying it was a no brainier. If the beauty of this machine motivates and inspires her to bake, then it’s worth the cost - and this isn’t going in the cupboard, it will be seen daily so we want it to look nice. As William Morris once Quoted: “Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful” - this machine ticks both boxes ;)
So you get the same result just look better doing it? Is it functionally better or just a kitchen status symbol?

Kitchenaid 180 Queen of Hearts £524.25 at KitchenAid Store£524.25£69925% off Free P&P Free
It looks like a limited edition 185 model with 25% off.
Costco customers note the 4.3L is currently at £270 delivered... (somebody posted the deal here earlier)
Get a Kitchenaid 4.3L or above -> if you want to bake. This one (3.3L) is for style, not serious baking). Regarding the Kenwood, I’m sorry I can’t comment on the newer models.... Our old one lasted almost a generation...
I'm looking at a KitchenAid or Kenwood Chef stand mixer, but can't decide which to go for.
