I have got proper through educating myself. I was once 234lbs are 30% plus body fat.3 years later I now weigh 212lbs at 13% bf. These diets are great for losing weight short term because you create such a huge calorie deficit. Almost putting your body in starvation mode. When you start eating proper food again you get fat again because of the damage to your metabolism
No idea of this is a good deal sorry but I'm not judging people with weight issues who choose this method of weight loss. Good luck to you. Not everyone can do it the one way.
