sorted byMight be worth others trying, I added the 12 months to my basket even when it was sold out and they emailed an hour later saying I’d forgotten something. A new deal was available despite being ‘sold out’
An update, I've went back on the Disney site and it said I'm on a free trial now till February 2023, next payment to be taken will be Feb 2023. So looks like it has worked. (edited)
Price weirdly went up with no explanation at final checkout stage - even with every “extra” turned off.

When I tried to redeem it said the code had already been redeemed - contacted Disney+ and they informed me the code was redeemed back on 29th May 2022 despite them giving me the code this morning.
Now I have to go through the complaints process to try and get a valid code or my money back :-(
