Ofcom’s Broadband Speeds Code of Practice means you should get clear information about speeds when you buy a broadband service.
If your service doesn’t deliver the speeds you were promised by your provider, get in touch with them. If the problem is on their network and they can’t fix it within 30 days, they must let you leave your contract without having to pay an early exit fee.

My BB is also due on the 11th Nov and was wondering the same - shame.
- Date of purchase
- Order reference number/Account number
- Product/Package
- Email address used to sign up for the voucher
Most of the details are on confirmation email.Once I sent that information then after around a week or so. I had the voucher dropped in my inbox. (edited)
At my house and my father’s house we have had many different fibre broadband providers over the years, BT, Shell, Talktalk, Vodafone, EE and others. Never had any problems with any of them.
Of course now that I’ve posted this - guaranteed I’m in for a barrel of hurt lol.
Thank you
For some reason, I get this message: "Unfortunately your telephone line cannot support the product you have selected"
It then goes on to offer me an array of "full fibre" deals at much higher price. I already have ultrafast fibre, so what is the difference with this particular "superfast fibre" that my line doesn't support, but is fine for other providers to support?
But She'll Broadband are awful! Preferred to finish my contract much earlier than the 2 years, rather than staying with them.

If buying something else, tplink archer vr400 models and upwards seem to be good options and reasonable prices, both new and used on ebay etc.
Planning to use their naff router just as a modem. Hopefully, the Eero mesh routers I've just bought will work as advertised and do the heavy lifting. (the kids really do love it now I can tell Alexa to pause wifi to the PS4 ).
I've just signed up on money supermarket via Quidco for £20 plus the £110 amazon voucher plus £60 from Lloyds everyday offers for using DD when joining Shell Broadband + free broadband till Jan 1st
Which if all goes to plan makes my average monthly payement over 18 months about £10.75 give or take a few pence (edited)
