Great news for those of you that are on Three... We finally have a new rewards app to use! Three have quietly launched their new rewards platform, Three+ to app stores, offering discounts and deals exclusively for Three customers.

PAYG and PAYM customers are eligible to register, with broadband customers being added soon AFAIK.

Sadly, there's not much to go on info-wise, as this has been soft-launched, but I'd expect some big announcements in the coming weeks/months detailing the service with offers to come

    Cant register, says enter a valid number. My number starts with 07.


    Can't register because it doesn't recognise my normal cred's, when I try to reset it says I am not eligible despite being pay monthly mobile.

    EDIT: You can't use your existing three creds, you have to register again then use those details. (edited)

    Was a long term customer with all four of our family's SIM's on 3, signal …Was a long term customer with all four of our family's SIM's on 3, signal and speeds poor now but mainly it's the customer service that made me leave. Would have to be the only mobile provider left before I would go back.


    Three are brilliant at customer churn and they never seem to care. The network with more money than sense definitely.

    I have three cineworld codes for this weekend to give away if someone is interested (courtesy lovely HUKD members).

    My own codes didn't seem to be working as they appeared reclaimed online however a call to Cineworld sorted this out and the codes I got from other members of HUKD are available for grab now.

    I managed to get three 4DX tickets using £9 worth of tesco vouchers and three+ cine world vouchers (courtesy this hukd post), regular price would have been around £52! (edited)

The guy literally made me beg him, after 45 minutes, to give me my PAC.I used to change contract every year to take advantage of cashback deals and new customer offers (like a lot of us do). I phoned up Three to cancel my 12 months SIM only contract to move to a Vodafone SIM only deal. I explained to the guy right away, "I completely understand it's your job to keep me on, but honestly it's just going to be a waste of time for both of us. I switch every 12 months, have already signed up for a contract elsewhere and simply need my PAC." I told the guy time and time again that it was not up for discussion. He ignored my request again and again, and insisted that I tell him who I was switching to and what I was getting. I told him it was irrelevant and that I would appreciate if he could just give me my PAC.After 45 mins of going back-and-forth, him putting me on hold several times to come back with a "deal" that I didn't ask for, I resorted to literally begging him. "Please, please, please, give me my PAC. Please, let me cancel. I am begging you." Eventually he put me through to someone else, I cancelled my contract and got my PAC. And since then, I will never use Three again, for anything, regardless of how good a deal they are doing.I understand the retention team are there to retain customers and probably under a lot of pressure to keep customers on in order to keep their job and feed their families. But Three take it too far. I already knew what to expect because a year before I had been on the phone to them for over an hour trying to cancel my contract. I thought by being as blunt as possible, not sharing any information about what network I'm switching to and what deal I'm getting, and telling them from the start that it's not up for discussion and a waste of time, I could avoid the hassle. It worked with other networks. Clearly doesn't with Three.


    this service was probably not about back then now days can text 'PAC' to 65075 to get it dide stepping all the nonsense, I feel your pain been there a few times in the past

    How far in advance can you book with the Cineworld £3 codes? and how quickly do the new codes generate weekly? For example could I book for next Friday with today's code just before midnight, then after midnight generate next weeks code and book another seat for the same film?

    Three have gone downhill massively from when I joined them 10 years ago. Waiting to see if EE are doing any black Friday deals before taking the plunge.

    Always swore by Three before the last 12 months, signal and speeds have been criminal.

    They've lost shed loads of customers to uswitch deals in recent months, I think. New rewards scheme might be tempting for some. I was with Three for 7 years and switched to O2 after they scrapped free roaming, I've doubled data with volt and don't have to worry about charges abroad, at least for now.
