    Only one house number on my street shows as available but every time I sign up to see if I can get Virgin at my address, virgin never come back to me. Even tried a couple of times over the phone but never hear back!

    Virgin customer service is abysmal. You dodged a bullet. They charged me £40 for not returning equipment when I clearly returned it. They are SCAMMERS. After 5 hours over the phone and still decided to charge me even though I have evidence I have returned it. Trash company

    Yes you can as my contact had 21 days to go and signed up but it was a hassle . when you ring up they give you nothing, i called thier bluff and asked to be cancelled in 30 days, then next day someone from uk retensions rang me and renewed my contract with even better deal (edited)

    Us existing customers have to wait for the yearly price rises to haggle/cancel as per usual....or if your contract term is up but you should have already negotiated a good deal if that was the case (edited)

    Great value for money.
    Best possible equivalent value broadband is the 500meg from Vodafone at effective £23 when considering Quidco and prepaid card, but has no call package.
    £19 remaining value for the BT sport, recording box, subscription channels.. seems a great deal.
    Is sky witness, showcase, sky arts (sky channels) in SD? Comment above in description doesn't mention HD... I would want to check that first if I was tempted..

    I just got offered £64 per month including 600 meg, 2 X 360 boxes and all sky sports and sky cinema channels plus 200+ other channels including sky. Unfortunately it goes up to £136 after 18 months but seems a good deal to me until then. Seemed a bit too good to be true but when the contract came through it was all there in black and white

    My contract expires Wednesday. They never call me back to offer another offer.. Planning to look on the Moneysupermarket for the best deal.

    Go with Virgin if you don’t have another viable option. They are an abysmal organisation to deal with.

    Customer service is pathetic. Their installation team was awful until I managed to get to one of their teams who took pity on me and managed to sort my install after 3 months of chasing.

    They got me on an 18 month contract only to raise my price during this “fixed” contract. It is a game of cat and mouse with them. Good riddance for me as I now have another option with another provider. (edited)

    I was signed up on their m125 (volted to M250) for £21. I'm still within my 14 days and I'm going to try to get upgraded to M350 or higher for the same amount on Black Friday. Just canceled that offer  today so see if the retentions will call back  ( I have 30 days

    I've with Virgin but been out of contract for years so thought it was time to get something better. But they wouldn't allow me to have this as I'm an existing customer. Just offered me a reduction on what I currently have, which is the basic package, that would still have been more than this offer. Bit annoying really.

    They have just installed fibre optic cables down my street, so when my contract is up with these charlatans they'll have viable competition for the first time. Bye bye Virgin your monopoly on fast broadband is disappearing.
