About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
10 year guarantee Seems to be £30+ at Amazon and Argos for this model
Combination alarm designed to provide protection from both smoke and CO in a single unit. As well as the audible alarm, it has a voice warning that tells you which danger has been detected. Voice warnings are particularly important as the combination of a high pitch alarm combined with a low pitch voice warning is more likely to wake up children. Front-loading battery compartment for ease and the alarm has an end of life warning.
This product is two products in one, being both a smoke detector and a carbon monoxide alarm.
This product is BSI certified to EN50291-1:2010 and EN14604:2005, CE tested, and is fully tested before leaving the factory.

sorted byHearing the voice warning of low battery in the middle of the night nearly gave the old dear a heart attack as she thought someone had broken into the house!
Heat added (pun intended)
While I understand the rationale of interlinking in larger houses it seems overkill in small 1 or 2 bedroom properties.
Cheers OP
Trained dog to various alarms ie kitchen timers he lets her know. Phone beeps etc.
This thing he doesn't care less about either alarm or voice.
I know which twin pack you mean though as I've seen them stocked when I've been in my local, different product though
