Bare in mind this notifies you through an analogue call line. As those are being phased out it may be an issue down the line

Aren't they compatible with the VoIP that they're moving the lines onto? Same physical RJ connection

Q - I noticed on the amazon reviewers on here. One reviewer said it didn't come with a key fob, but that he already had one from his Yale set up in his main house, so was able to use that.
Does that mean that all a burglar has to do when he sees the Yale box on the wall is get himself a key fob and it will work to disarm the system?? surely not

The key fob needs to be connected to the alarm using the keypad so it can be recognised, so no, a burglar wouldn't be able to do this

There's also this "app enabled" one at 40% off. I already have the smart IA-320 one which I use on my hosue with the Yale app. Does anybody know if I'd be able to also use the below one on the same app? Or is it one system per app/phone? Thanks

Just phoned Yale support... you can't have two seperate systems on the same app / account. All you can do is use the same system, and look to use on area as "part arm" one area as the rest of the "fully armed" arera
