I think the standard trade in values on the Google store are actually better than these in a lot of cases

Retailers are extending their return policies for Christmas: Full List of Shops Extending Returns Policies for Christmas
£125 enhanced trade in, they may have some better trade in prices than Google store, checked the iPhone 7 and it is better to buy from google store for that one, possible discount codes as well, 5% example below (Enter this code at checkout: MYJL5OFF02 - Important: Don’t click ‘Use in store’ if you want to use this reward online. If you do click this, the online promo code won’t work for you.)
Super selfies? Check. A three day battery life? You bet. 5G Connectivity? Obviously.
The Pixel 7 has it all. Keeping up with your favourite shows is a dream on the 6.3" OLED display, with features like Real Tone and Cinematic Blur always making sure to capture your best angles. Don't worry about security either - the Titan M2 security chip and built-in VPN help protect your personal data.
5G capability
Say bye-bye to buffering. The super-fast 5G-ready connection zips through downloads at record pace. Stream, browse, and watch whatever you want, wherever you want. Waiting forever for your Instagram feed to load up will be a distant memory.
Immersive screen, with super vivid colour
It’s more of the same dazzling display that wow’d us on the Pixel 6. Just a bit bigger. The 6.3-inch OLED display comes HDR-enabled and has a 90Hz variable refresh rate. Put in plain English (don’t worry, we had to look up half of that too), those fancy numbers and letters mean you get smooth scrolling and superb colour on a clear, bright, movie-style screen.
Dust, drop and splash resistant
The Pixel 7 safeguards you from any little oops, with IP68 water and dust resistance. The screen also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, making it tougher and less prone to scratches.
Your safety is Pixel's priority.
Your Pixel looks out for you with the Personal Safety app. In an emergency, Pixel can automatically call for help, share your location or record a video.

- Am I right in thinking, I will get £125 on top of the offered trade in value? I have a P30 pro which is valued at £95 so I'll actually receive £220 ??Yes, correct.
- So you have to buy the pixel 7/7 pro first. And then serial number to the link they have in their website to get the £125 trade in value? Or will you get this at the time you order pixel 7?Buy the pixel first, raise trade in request and provide serial number after delivery.
Bought a pixel 6a in the previous £100 trade in boost promo. The trade in process was very smooth and easy. - Hi
I have a samsung old phone i wish to trade in. The screen and back have cracks but it is fully working. Will this be acceptable? If it's on their list of handsets, and you state the condition as faulty, they should accept it. They'll slash the price offered for the handset, but will still apply the £125 bonus. - Can someone please clarify whether the £125 bonus is the minimum? Even if you hand in a rubbish old faulty brick? (edited)They should pay their value of the faulty device, plus £125. So for a faulty S21 5G 128GB should be £190, but you can always message then to check. You just need to weigh up how that compares to other offers.
- How do I get that 5% code anyone? I’m really interested to try the Pixel 7. Any kind soul wants to share, please PM me.
- This or s23 ultra money no object on either, been with samsung ages but thinking i am mussing out pixelWhat are you coming from? I got my s23u yesterday, changed from an S21u, camera is better but other than that there's not much else I'm overly noticing.
- Iphone 5c is 125+5 here vs 105 at google. Makes me think:)
- So just priced up a 64GB Redmi 9 (in great condition) and they are offering £10 trade in ? So ddoes this mean if I buy a phone from JL and then traded this in I would get a payment of £135 in return?Yes correct. Whatever they value your phone at an additional £125 will be on top.
- Great deal @MrSwitch. The actual trade in values are not great though.
- Got a Pixel 7 with £100 enhanced cb last month so an extra £25 cannot be sniffed at.
Be aware that if you trade in a phone with Square1 as well, you will probably not get the full quoted price as they appear to be quite stringent with their assessments. I was quoted £19 for my Oneplus5 and they offered me £5 due to 'screen burn'. I knew I couldn't get anywhere near £105 for the Oneplus on its own so accepted the revised quote and money was paid within a couple of days.Last time i did it with a pixel 6a, i got 106 for an lg g6 with smashed screen, which has been gathering dust for a good few years now, so definitely worth it for the most low vlaue phones. Thinking whether I should try to find a cheap burner myself to trade against - This is a great deal if you have a junk phone which is on their list. I went for the enhanced £100 trade in last time and got £102 for my old Z5 Compact with a broken USB port. No problems with the trade in and got the money into my bank the same day they received the handset. So ,no matter which phone you trade in, if it's on their list, they will give you back at least £100, right?
- Thanks Mr Switch finally pulled the trigger on this deal as I had a 5% off code from JL and used up my Xmas gift vouchers. It was a no brainer with the enhanced trade in with an old Iphone 6s and 2 year guarantee.
- These phones have massive heating issues, any kind of gaming or intensive use and you are in trouble with shutdown etcNever had any problems with mine. Only time I had it warm up slightly was when doing 40mins of solid video conversion.
- So, if I trade in my old Honor 10, I gonna get back £100 + the value of the Honor10? Is that right?Yes.
- How are you getting the 5% discount with the MYJL5OFF02 code? You possibly have to have JL account.
- I have an s21 and have a dead pixel on my screen been looking for an upgrade how is this compared too an s23?
- Similar deal available on the 7 pro as well. £749 / £624 max price with Enhanced £125 Trade In.
Was feeling a little like I should have waited but this would have only saved me £30 on the BT deal and maybe my HTC M8 comes in handy for a future trade down the line.
Maybe with the extra 5% code on top the saving starts to feel a bit more substantial. (edited)which code? - You'll need to wait 3 working days after delivery to start your traded-in process. Sometimes their system doesn't recognise the IMEI provided and you'll have to contact them so they'll help you to solve the issues.
- Code MYJL5OFF02 didnt workIts John Lewis account specific look in your My Rewards on your account
- I see people here mentioning they've previously got similar trade-in deals before with JL using Square1. I've read the T&Cs but can't find/figure out some details. Can someone clarify please?
1) JL offer section suggests this promotion includes Pixel 6a but there's no mention of it on the Square1 trade-in page or T&Cs
2) Promotion T&Cs say "Participants may submit a maximum of one (1) Claim per Promotion Product purchased". To me, this means 1 trade-in claim per phone purchased. Does this mean I could, say, purchase 5 phones and submit 5 trade-in claims (1 per phone bought)? Can't see any mentions of a limit per person or per household anywhere.
Thanks in advance guys
(edited)The 6A was clearly labelled on the JL product page and in the Square1 T&Cs back when they ran the £100 offer, but it's not there now. So it looks like it's only for the 7 and 7 Pro now. - Terrible phone...trust me...I bought one and really regret itWhats wrong with it brah?
- Anyone tried ordering multiple phones and claiming against each? Wondering if there's a limit (can't see anything in T&Cs)
- Can someone provide 5% code please
- Thank you for this, been wanting to upgrade my aging OnePlus 8 for a while now.You wont regret it. I have dumped my Oneplus 8t I was just fed up with software issues.
- Prices are up to £599/£699
