might be a good idea adding London area only to the post.

    Thank you for your interest
Sorry. You can only get our super fast broadband in London, but it is so good it's worth moving for!

Cold for me, similar to the paper launches for the GPUs.
    It's a "deal" only if it's tangeable :
    1. it's London only
    2. It's only small parts of London .

They sent me the "we are coming to your area" flyers 3 years ago, and no sign of them.
Whenever I see these deals I just think "click bait" (edited)

Am currently with them, anyone know if I can sign up in the husbands name and avail of the new customer only clause?

They're pushing up prices for current customers citing costs of living etc and are still offering the lower price to new customers which is unfair in my opinion. To be honest their router isn't the best either don't get signal at the back of the house when I've never had issue with any other providers. But it is really good where you get a decent signal. Customer service has been decent too so far with UK staff. (edited)

Yes been brilliant my garden is 100ft long and can get signal most of the way down. I've put one of these upstairs and two on the lower floors one next to the router and the third in the extension. I've used like you the extender but there's no comparison. Best way to find out how to set up is to go on YouTube, it wasn't that difficult. Ime on virgin and its made all the difference. That one I posted for you is the one I got and at the moment it's cheaper than what I paid. By the way I've got hue spot lights in the garden hue front door bell and I don't have a problem ever with the connection on those as well. (edited)

When it's London-only, it really should read "some bits of London" only.

My area in the SE side has been waiting on cable (from any provider) for over 10 years. And yet, under a KM away, they're fibered-up to the ghillies! Go figure.

Been registered with them 2 + years and no update as to when.

EVen the sales guy doesnt have a clue, yet they keep sending emails to register interest.

    Clickbait, mostly.

Good symmetric speeds but you should see the infrastructure which uses a load of pole to pole instead of trenching (with black cables). The end result (and they never touch the openreach asset) is reminiscent of wiring you see in South East Asia. I don't blame them because they're probably allowed to do it under their pole sharing agreement, but it looks ugly

Very few will care but you're right, it's not a sustainable model long term, most likely they will all go bankrupt and sell to Openreach or Virgin Media.

    my experience:

i have their 1GB service + it's the best internet i've ever had. paying £31 per month (was £27, but goes up in april) because we got the rolling contract which was couple quid more (not a 12-24 month one in case we move house).

upload + download constantly at 930-940MBPS and we've not had a single issue with connection in the 6 months since getting them (other than turning off the modem/router once or twice to reset/refresh things)

3-floor house and wifi was working perfectly in the attic, but the engineer who installed it told me to go on ebay and buy a second Linksys Velop MX4200 mesh router as they're going for a third of the RRP, so i got one for £45 and now have it installed in the attic office and have computers + PS5 wired.

    super fast, super stable internet.

oh, and from calling them they came to install 2 or 3 days later and were done in about 60 minutes.

really pleased with the service from start to finish so far ... if you can't tell

    Hey All,

To ensure you earn cashback, please go through TopCashback Compare Broadband directly, rather than using a link given to you.

If you don't do this unfortunately the cashback will not track to your acccount.

I was able to get 920mbps for £27 on a 24 month contract, with 12 months free. This was through a CF door knocker - that do the rounds once CF has been installed on your street….

49764859-Za0zh.jpg, they are a very bad company because im already customer with them from 9 month ago .im on 920 Mbps but i got between 30Mbps to 100Mbpd.

i complain to them several time but nothing happen. (edited)

Please can someone explain how the top cashback £66 works? I signed up to Top Cashback then signed up for this via the compare link, but only saw the Amazon discount when signing up. Do I need to do anything more or will they email me?

Check your account on topcashback that it’s tracked the purchase and it should have an estimated time for when the cashback is payable.

    Hi guys ,

Im strongly advice every one her.

please do not join Community fibre.
Im a customer with them from 9 month ago with 920Mbps . And i live in central London NW1 5NT.

but the speed i got only between 30 Mbps to 100 Mbps, I complain to them several time but they did nothing , I can confirm they are a dodgy company.

this the speed test from Okla app, recommended by Community fibre.

Also i join them because they told me they do not increase the fees durnig the contract.
but they send to me an email inform me they will increase the fees from £35 to £38.50.

so they are breaching the contract terms and condition.

i want leave these dishonest community fibre company but i do not how.
Any advice guys will be appreciated.

Did you not test the internet connection once service was activated? You would have had a 14 day cooling-off period during which you could have cancelled without a fee if not satisfied...

I got 6 months at £10 then rest at £32 including the Velop mesh system with CF. Virgin then offered £26 so I kept both due to working at home I've always had a back up line. Pretty nice that I can have two 1Gbps connections for sub £60!

The velop system is far superior to VM's too.
