How would people rate this compared to these other two I've got in my basket? Wanting a 2TB to put in my new micro server for proxmox

The Samsung has DRAM which neither of those seem to have: that's generally thought of as making the drive faster as well as meaning longer life because there's less wear on the NAND chips.
The Integral has good specs on paper: faster, and PCIE 4 instead of 3. But there's less information/reviews online on it, so difficult to tell how good it actually is.
Tom's Hardware suggests the Lexar doesn't support multiple power states so will draw more power than it should when idle.

Samsung get fewer poor 1 star reviews on Amazon than the other two brands.

I interpret that as meaning Samsung have fewer failures. A low failure rate is my top priority for storage.

After I had one Crucial drive fail almost 10 years ago, all my SSDs have been Samsung and none have failed. (edited)

Just bought it and cancelled straight away after realising that I don't need second m.2 only because price is ok.

Buying stuff only when we need it? Now that's an amazing concept.

Stonkingly hot! I use this as my main OS drive and it hasn't skipped a beat. Wish they made these in 4TB. Purchased mine in Nov 2020 for £285 (edited)
