    I've only just started my comms with their support team to get the deal honoured and get a load of this (summarised):

    Me: What happened to my order?
    CS: Cancelled, sorry
    Me: Why? What reason?
    CS: Error, sorry
    Me: Just read your T&Cs, dispatch confirmation is a contract of sale
    CS: "We understand you think we sent the dispatch email. We are very sorry upon checking we did not send a dispatch email" [exact wording]

    Appreciate this is very much a complete fluke
    I ordered this deal originally at the alleged misprice (via TCB and it tracked at £225)
    It was cancelled like everyone else manually at head office
    I then messaged to complain I was in receipt of a dispatch email/binding contract to their terms
    I was instructed to reorder and it would be fixed (again the TCB tracked at £180)

    I sold the projector for £400 and the TV for £350
    TCB on both has now gone to payable which I quickly withdrew! Very happy with a 65" 8K TV for less than £200 Thank you for posting
