The cashback on the s23 is only £100, not £150

    Says £150 for me

Are all the S23s sold in the UK dual SIM?
    quake.ee's avatar
    Yes they are + esim

Seems like a decent deal, however, I could not go back to only 128gb with no micro sd slot for expansion. Wish they would release a device which is a larger upgrade from the s20 plus to justify the price

Same boat as you. S23 ultra 256gb or 512gb seems the only reasonable option. Trade in atm for s20 plus 5g is £280. Do that with the other offer on the other thread, with free buds 2 Pro, £719 for 512GB. Sell the buds on ebay and you'll get about £75-£100 back. Max price to you is £644 and minimum is £619. That's not bad I'd say. This includes the £200 cashback on the S23 ultra from Samsung too. (edited)

I can only see the s23 at £749 via BLC? Can you post your basket please? (edited)

Ive added my basket in the photos. But you're right they have literally just changed the price since posting minutes ago.

It is still working. Add the trade in phone then it takes the price off. Like in the photos (edited)

I don't see this in the Blue Light Card app. Only for the S23 Ultra

A slightly different deal on 23 and 23+ on my EPP page.

Holy shizniz. My (free) Buds2 Pro arrived today and so I raised a cashback through Samsung, quoting the original order number and price paid for the phone. It just got auto-approved

So I currently have 2 separate cashbacks approved from this order. One from the S23 itself for £100 and the other for the (free) Buds2 Pro for £75.

    Don't tell Sammy
    Geode's avatar
Proof! Remember to put in the exact same total from your original order for it to get auto-approved. The serial number for the Buds2 Pro is the one that says S/N (C), top-right corner on the label.

Has anyone been paid the cashback? I had my claim approved 30 days ago now.
    Sokratesagogo's avatar
Not yet :-(. They usually wait until the 30-day return period is up, so you should get yours soon. (edited)

Is the S23 Ultra too big? I prefer phones that fit in the hand. I'm seriously thinking of ditching my IPhone 13 Pro and going back to Android. Anyone got the standard S23 and is loving it? Thank you. (edited)
    quake.ee's avatar
I'd recommend to pop in any store which has S23U and try it personally.

Finally pulled the trigger on an S23, 256GB, just buying direct with Sammy per OP. Trade-in an old phone and get the cashback for £599 + Buds2 Pro, not bad.

I had been looking at a Carphone warehouse deal but got declined credit due to a stupid issue with my address not being recognised by Equifax. That was going to be £23.99/month (idMobile) for 50GB and £220 upfront. Minus £105 for trade-in, minus £65 TopCashback for total cost of £602 (not considering inflation) which is hot imo. They've now increased the price on that so it's £25.99/month, so £624 total which is still good. I'd go for it if it weren't for bleedin' Equifax messing up.

Anyway, can probs flog my Buds2 Pro for £75-£100 so swings and roundabouts. Also not locked into idMobile for 2 years, I've heard dubious things cos they use Three.

Will you able to get this via uni days or studentbeans or is it just blue light card?

I only have access to Bluelight so not sure. Maybe someone can confirm if they have the same promo?

Massive heat added, thanks for this man

Worth trading in an S21 do you reckon? Looks like it goes for £180 on the used market. Samsung offer £125 + £100 bonus. Do I really need to upgrade from a perfectly fine S21...decisions decisions

The Buds2 Pro are also items that have an associated summer cashback. Can you double dip on the phone £100 AND the buds for £75..?
    10dulkar's avatar
    That is very interesting!
  14. stammer_teacher's avatar
Can't see the promo anywhere on blue light.. only the ultra deal
    Mrs_SP's avatar
    Same here
  15. lkl265's avatar
Not sure about blue light but there is no cashback when bought via EPP
    quake.ee's avatar
50330202-V6Ok9.jpgThat's via EPP. Same via student access.
    And it works, always worked.

Would they reject trading in a broken non smartphone Nokia? (edited)
    blackaqua's avatar
I bought through the EEP store and the terms are any broken smartphone.

Tried twice to order 1 phone , its keep cancelling my order after few minutes of placing.
Any one else got this problem?
Samsung customer team don't know about it because its done by system, hiw frustrated it is?
Also u have to wait 5 working days to get your money back.
    quake.ee's avatar
Have you had any issues with them before? Their system will not allow you to bypass their security checks and cs won't know why.
I'd ring them back tomorrow and ask for your money back a.s.a.p because otherwise it'll take 3-5 business days to come back to your payment method.

I've just received mine. two questions:

    - Does the phone have a protector in the back? it feel plasticky to touch but it might be due to the matte finish of the glass. The torch LED also seems less exposed than any of my previous phone, so wondering if I'm not seeing where to peel a bvery well place protector

    - Has anyone managed to change the trade in phone? I would like to send a different one than the one I originally specified but not sure if possible.

I got these case and protectors and can recommend them (case is not compatible with the camera protectors though but I only wanted the screen ones anyway for now)

I haven't received instructions on how to send the trade-in phone, does anyone know what to do and when?
    Sokratesagogo's avatar
I got the trade-in email the day after the order confirmation email, and there was a return label and returns bag in the s23 packaging when it arrived. (edited)
