Slovenia’s epic. Hire a car, stay around Bled, visit Skocjan caves, take a wander around Vintgar gorge, drive up to the Julian Alps, see Lake Bohinj, have a hot air balloon ride over Bled, take a trip to Bohinj, enjoy the scenery… beautiful country

i had a bad experience so il avoid!

my flight cost me less than £50.
My hand baggage was a mere 2cm over and the extra charge was near to a £100

absolutely no grace on allowance whatsoever
just be aware!

I have been to Ljubljana and its a nice friendly city break. Not very big, but enough for a few days, friendly people, good prices and even better if you catch the weather. Would reccomend.

never had a problem with wizz air used many times from liverpool never even seen them check any luggage,although there are many delays and you have to check before leaving for the airport if its feasible.

Great little city break, enough to do for a relaxing few days. You really need a car to explore the best of Slovenia though. Lots of sun, places to grab a drink by the river.

Loo-blah-nah brewery is a short train ride outside of the city centre, in a random location but there's good pizza right next door.
