sorted byJust need to try and extend the power lead it comes with.
I avoided POE version as didn't like the idea of having an external ethernet cable. In theory someone could remove the bell and plug the cable into laptop and gain access to everything. Just typing that has made me realise I could stick on a separate vlan and turn dhcp off. May have to cancel and order poe version!
Had a Ring DB 4 for a few years and wish I'd got this sooner. No paid overpriced subscriptions, better quality video, no interrupted connection issues, no missed motion events, I could be here all day
