There's so many of these with stick drift, you are really not wanting to bother with these secondhand.

They might look perfect, bit why are they back for sale? Someone didn't like the colour? Nah.

They are regularly on sale somewhere for an extra tenner or less.

Returns are free and easy, seems like a worthy punt that amazon might sell one without drift.

I’ve buy a lot of things off Amazon Warehouse but highly recommend not buying a controller. If buying a new one, they commonly develop fault. I took a chance with buying a Series 2 Elite controller which was stated ‘As New’ for £79, it come with broken A button & I then had to return it straight away. To add insult to injury, the courier, or Amazon lost it. After a week, with proof of tracking, they tried to make to week another 14 days. I complain because they had sent me faulty controller & that got me a refund straight away.

And reason I decided to get it was because the controller that came with my Xbox SX, I bought last year has developed stick drift. I got to return that to Microsoft. That’s taken awhile to do because it requires printing a label. I don’t remember the last time I had to use my printer. Gotta hope now I got the ink, the thing still works (edited)

to be honest the series 2 elite controllers seem more temperamental and prone to issues than the regular controllers dunno why. sadly most will develop stick drift over time. you can get something to solder in and adjust manually to fix drift though but I know this may not be an option for the majority who may lack soldering skills.

also for that printer mention could always just pop into a library and pay something like 10-15p for a 1 sided print off. just as a backup option.

Only 80% of them filled with something remotely different than a controller xD

This is gonna be dirty as and stick drift galore, plus scratched for that price. I don't think I've ever bought anything from Amazon Warehouse which hasn't been in a shocking state but advertised as like new.

It's a crapshoot. We bought a "scratched cosmetically damaged" Xbox Series X and it was pristine, still in plastic

Keep your powder dry, with prime day coming you’ll probably get a brand new one for a £5 more

yep, could definitely see that being the case or maybe even closer to what this one is listed as but given inflation more likely just £5 more

Just sent mine back because of broken analog stick after 3 month. Probably reselling it again on here.

Will amazon cover you up to 12 months?. Generally I only thought it was 30 days with Amazon. Although I have had luck when I have contacted customer service because a product has broken and there's no way I was buying another and they'd return and refund it (edited)
