    Tricky one. Very similar spec but you get a carbon frame with the Vitus so it's lighter (15.8kg vs 16.5kg). Nukeproof is probably the better deal in terms of saving, but Vitus are great value. That said, you can crash the Nukeproof as much as want without worrying about damaging the frame (to an extent!)

    I reckon their reasoning is if it doesn't survive being nuked, then chances are the owner won't be in a position to quibble for a refund

    I was desperate to get this back when it was £2100 but they stopped doing cycle to work so ended up with a stumpjumper. I probably should have just paid cash for this and saved more money
