sorted byWould happily buy one again but must admit the new Camp Chef Pellet Grill Pro's looks amazing due for release in August, with the ability to add wood or charcoal chunks to it, if you want extra smoke flavour
To note. Pellets will be a constant online purchase at around 20 quid a pop.
The food has a beautiful light smokey taste but not too smokey like a charcoal BBQ so don't think everything will be overpowered in taste.
BBQ Rubs become an obsession.
Simple chicken cooks so much better. Super juicy.
Have a charcoal BBQ next to it to sear meat of needed at the end of a cook such as steaks.
It is heavy. Be careful on positioning it on older wooden decking.
Be ready to get obsessed with YouTube channels on smoking food.
The cooking space on this doesn't look all that big for the price compared to the Traegers though.
