The OS is pretty snappy , not too different from the fire stick I already had. Great deal!
They aren’t fantastic, but they’re very good value for money and give you a decent picture without spending loads of money.
I have a Vestel TV I bought in 2012 to a friend a while back and it’s still going strong for him now. So reliability is also good imo.
Such false economy
Got my Daughter a 43" for £190 late last year and got my parents a 65" last week for £400, both have superb picture quality and they aren't even the QLED ones which are even better.
Most - if not all - of their ranges have a 'game mode' (bascially gets rid of a lot of the post processing features that cause some input lag). (edited)
Can we also customise the uttons on the remote? I think I saw a notification about it but it quickly disappeared.
Btw, the Smart Centre app works quite well as a remote and touchpad in the browser (edited)
Of course, it ain't OLED, and is most definitely made by Vestel - but £230 for a 58" TV?
Wow.
Samsung tries to make their stuff just as cheaply as other manufacturers to keep costs down.
I believe Samsung trade on their name as people believe they are buying high quality.
I bet many of these cheap TV's have outlasted TV's double the price.
Not the greatest brand but an ex-girlfriend of mine used to have a big Bush in her bedroom which had decent performance and was going strong for years. I think it partially comes down to luck but also depends on whether they get heavily used or not. Hopefully for light, daily use this one should prove OK.
Typical useless Argos not posting any proper specifications on their website, just pictures, no wonder Argos Clearance Bargains stores are teeming with bush tvs all the time...customer returns.
No user manual on Argos own 'Bush' website either.
Main inconvenience - very limited on apps and no Disney+.
But it works well as a wireless display so we run apps from the phone.
In terms of apps and all that a 20 quid fire stick will sort that side
