Is there a way to get the 20% trade in to apply instantly?
I went through, added my existing Fire TV, and it told me I’d get a 20% code once it had been sent in and evaluated. Which I’m guessing will be after this offer has ended!
I guess my other option is just to buy one and then sell my existing one.
Yeah sell it to cex or such, depending on the model etc you might get more for it
anyone used a thirdparty remote with firetv ?
our remote has broken , don't fancy spending £20 just for a new remote but can see third party remotes are available for around £10
contact Amazon support as they are usually good at sending a free replacement remote, I had done this a couple of times, and got a new remote sent next day as after a few months they started having problems with battery compartments etc.

New stick out in 4 weeks, 4 blank buttons now it seems

Strange thing is the remote has Apps button where the Disney plus button is showing on all the pics.
Anyone else have same?Mines got Disney plus same as pictured - I would rather just having custom buttons like the Pro remote now has, but remove, or at least be able to change the inlays (buy unclipping the top from the remote etc...) to others as and when you wish etc.
Obviously if you send old device you will keep the £1 - £2.99 gift card also.
