I'd avoid BA. Currently sat in the terminal after BA cancelled our flight and offered no solution at all. They don't even have a customer service desk at Heathrow. You just get told to call a number which goes through to "due to a high number of calls, we won't be able to answer today. Please call another time." Awful CS

Mines was rubbish too, on way to Dubai had old plane, the worst 360 resolution screen which didn't work, and no USB port or anything to charge phone. Like I understand it's old but surely it didn't make sense since I got an advanced plane on the way back.
Went to another holiday and food had ran out for us (veggie options), and the people who ate meat were picking that so we starved. Got £100 back as a voucher and £100 of Avios points, but that's the max they gave, was a £2.8k flight for all of us...

I paid 360 using my unused voucher with BA, cracking deal

This seams a good deal, especially if you can get a couple of days stop over in Qatar. The weather will be cooling down in October. (Still in the 30’s though).

Ignore the complaints on this page, who are complaining about BA. This is flying Qatar airline which is rated as one of the best rated airlines in the world. (edited)

It says BA operated by Qatar. Does that mean Qatar planes? Hope so as I have flew with Qatar and it was a lovely experience. How do we know its definitely Qatar planes? (edited)
