Xbox controller battery recommendation

My kids seem to be going through batteries quite quickly so I’m looking into buying rechargeable ones. Does anyone have any recommendations? Would sincerely appreciate any feedback. Thank you!

Make sure you get at least 2500mAh as they will last the longest. If anybody advises you to get a plug and play kit or something of the likes then I wouldn't because they don't last half as long as AA batteries providing you get a decent mAh. Always make sure you buy enough as well so that you can have some in the charger ready to go for when the current ones die. I have Duracell ones and they serve me well but you can get 2800mAh ones with other brands but I don't know how good the brands are.

The Lidl ones when they are on offer serve me well. Tronic I think they're called.

People rave about eneloop for batteries so check them out, when I had an Xbox I would buy sets of rechargebles and just swap them out.

Top tip - if you're short on cash check out the battery recyclers in supermarkets there's always someone that's dumped there rechargeables in there without realising.

I use this one, it takes about 6 hours to charge and let's you know if the battery is damaged.

We use these, although they were like £10, lower capacity than standard AA's but you can play and charge at the same time and just uses a micro usb cable so much easier for kids etc.

Personally would recommend buying standard rechargeble AA Amazon basics or Laddo batteries , you can always use them with other things as well and charge spares in advance

Get these ones. Decent battery life, no cables to charge as the charger plugs into the xbox USB slot and you can swap them in and out. Great reviews and excellent price. I have 3 of them for each of my kids Xbox's.

These are really good. Just drop the controller on stand and it charges. My 6year old can even remember to charge controllers with it
