    If anyones been unable to sign in or register a new account via the Rewards app because the security 1-time code SMS isn't being received, its because Asda Rewards system crashed last night, and they're still fixing it now - according the Customer Service agent I called.

    They're not doing themselves any favours regarding customer goodwill by having such radically different offers, great for some, annoying for many. After doing well in Oct (6 x £5 shops getting 1x£3, 3x£1 and 2x50p; £7 off about £35 kept me going back), my offer for Nov is spend £50 to get £1; I'll going elsewhere.

    When you create a voucher, do you have to spend it all in one transaction, or does it save any unused balance?

    The value of the voucher will be the minimum you'll need to spend to be able to use the voucher.
    E.g. £25 voucher = you have to spend at least £25 to use it

    I have spend £40 in one shop to get £5 until 5th Nov but not this, they were probably not amused at how little I spent to get the last one. You probably need a different phone, name, email, etc to get a new rewards account BTW.

    Recently ASDA's prices seem to be going up far more than their competitors. I have found the nearby ALDI and the slightly further away Lidl are way cheaper than ASDA, that previously was excellent value. Maybe this is how they keep their promotions via the App viable? Just a thought.

    Complicated? People on here have had hundreds or even thousands of pounds of free shopping in the middle of a cost of living crisis. Sounds simple to me

    As the posts suggest, the ASDA marketing team target individuals differently with how much they offer not sure we need 1 post for £2, another for £10 etc as essentially they are the same

    It’s a completely different offer, it’s similar to eBay promo fees some people get 80% off fees, some people get 70% off fees, some people get £1 fees etc as an example (edited)

    £2 for 3 shops on my account as well instead. I didn't get anything for super shopper last month either. I just feel that Asda won't do themselves any favours by giving very different bonus rewards to different people either that gives their regulars far less

    Nothing for me other than spend £50 to get £1, for my first milestone this month.

    Didn't surprise me as I had bought quite a few chocolate oranges in batches of 4 over the last few weeks every other day with 75p cash back on each plus £1 back in my cash pot every time. Apart from twice where it was 50p so can't grumble.

    Heat to OP though as there will be a few who will find this offer and may need an onion, banana, carrot or even a loaf of bread and milk over next few weeks and will qualify.
