S24 ultra Disney plus

Hi guys, hoping someone can help, received my s24 ultra today but there's no boost app pre installed or available to download on the store.
I've tried going to the boost website and choosing redeem now but even though I've signed in to my samsung and google accounts on my new s24 ultra, when I click redeem on Disney boost section, the only available device listed to select is my old phone.
Has anyone managed to get their Disney code and how did you do it ?
Would really appreciate any help.

    Basically, you have to go to Samsung Wallet. And then go to menu and scroll down to promotions. And both of the promotions will be there I got it on my s24 ultra

    Yes, we'll I logged into Samsung account when it popped up, I've since factory reset the phone and made a new Samsung account and tried that instead of my existing and now it states no eligible device when clicking redeem via UK boost site and logging in, looks like s24 doesn't come with Disney even though its advertised on their site at point of sale

    I have never been able to activate any of the boost freebies direct from the app. I use Firefox as default browser and apparently this causes issues. I was able to activate the freebies by verifying my purchases via "help"

    Originally issue with boost on S23 ultra and then repeated issue on Tab 9 ultra.

    When you say help, you mean via support ?
    I've looked through all the help sections and can't find anything that helps and no option to verify a purchase.
    I'm currently in a queue for live chat agent but it's taken 15 minutes to get from position 7 to 6, might have to give up

    I'm also having trouble with this. Registered the new phone but it doesnt show up for the offer. The T&C page doesnt list the S24 Ultra (Or any S24) in the active promotions. I will go via support.

    I just found it accidentally, its in Samsung wallet under promotions, ive spent hours last night and today trying to sort this with their staff, even had to let them take control of my phone and screen because they thought i wasn't using the boost site correctly then said it was because my sim not registered to sansung account whatever that means, they're useless

    what have people used the £30 store credit on? Seems like there are barely any apps and did I read it right that you have to spend the £30 in one go?!

    I was able to get the code from Samsung wallet but still not able to activate in Disney+.
    You need to go to disneyplus.com/redeem and use the code there if you have the same issues.

    I am having issue claiming the 12 months free Disney movie, does anyone has similar issue and managed to resolve it? I will attach the screenshot below if that helps.

    Did you find your code? Its mentioned above multiple times, its in Samsung wallet app.
    Slso did you get the £30 galaxy store credit ?
