Spring is here so time for gardening!
Seems good price for small to medium size compost tumbler.

Raised off the ground tumbler so more resistant to rodents (don't think I'd ever commit to saying anything is fully rodent proof).

£55.18 delivered with code DEALS8 (code valid until 31/03/2024).

Unless you keep this in the dry and off the wet ground what's the betting that the steel tubular frame is a mess of rust within a year or two...

On these low end versions its generally the central steel tube that goes first. Not surprising really given it gets covered in all sorts of soggy wet compost stuff so its almost permanently wet. We had a similar one once it rusted through inside of 18 months.

I like the idea, but it's too small for me. The sphere is only about 2'2" (64cm) in diameter.
Maybe OK for my kitchen waste, but not for grass clippings or other garden waste.

Being able to turn a compost pile easily is helpful, but I don't think these hold enough to get much of a reaction/heat needed to generate compost.

...but never owned one so happy to be proved wrong! (edited)
