You do not even need to be regularly successful. I pointed out a flaw in one of our oldest companies system. It caught me out a few times thinking I was getting a matched free bet.
They then removed access to my account, kept all my tiny winnings and 'self excluded me for 5 years'.

I am also banned from their betting shops, not that that matters as I have never ever used a betting shop.
This is a reminder to send yet another request for my winnings back. (edited)

Yes, but only on the win element.

If you bet each way, the place element isn't guaranteed.

If you have the offer is a good one. William Hill also have a free £5 bet on each day of the festival.

    £5 for me too.

It only makes them look bad considering they used to do £20 each day.

It’s not been £20 cash back if my horse loses since I won on a 14/1 horse a few years ago 🤭
