If yes, I'd opt for the Dell if I was going to use it more for gaming, but the LG if I was going to use it more for office/productivity-type tasks as it has a higher pixel density (ppi) & lower pixel pitch - both equal sharper text & more detailed pics. These are almost a non-issue in games (up to a point), where the greater 165Hz will come in more handy.
