    Should have written better instruction and warn that code MUST be scanned at checkout.
    I thought redemption means uploading the receipt not scanning some barcode.
    So ended up with full price Corona...

    You can still generate the code via the link, write it on your receipt and upload to claim. Don't need to have scanned anything at checkout!

    Glad someone got paid. I just resubmitted. Weird that the pay out times have varied from 2 days, to 1 day and now 30 mins over the past times I tried to submit

    Got my claim approved and asked to submitted account details for payment within 30 mins. Nothing after 24 hours but customer services says as I claimed over the weekend it could take 48 hours. We'll see.

    I had that issue too. So, I changed my details to a different bank account, and it went straight through.

    I did it this morning, got a link to input my banking info for payment after receipt was verified, did that but didn't receive any sort of confirmation, just gets stuck on the same screen

    I haven't received the money in my account yet but I uploaded my receipt last night, had it approved and after entering my bank details I was told the payment is processing and will appear in my account within 48 hours 🏻

    I've tried to submit a cashback claim about an hour or so ago, but the receipt would not upload with a constantly spinning circle and a message 'Uploading receipt. Please wait'. Chrome, Firefox, none of the browsers would work. Restarting phone, network or the browsers would not yield any effects either.

    But still nothing from yesterday. When I click the link from the SMS, it asks me to upload the receipt again

    My wife has had the same issue as you. No text, but it said it could take some like 2 days, 6 hours and x minutes to arrive. Mine said the same, but I got a text an hour or so later.

    Stuck on pending approval since last night. Only thing I can think of is that the receipt got a bit wet and crinkled as my writing is pretty clear.

    Can I please ask the format of the beer promotion? Are they bottles or cans? Can t find any in my Tesco extra and local coop?

    Is Tesco express a valid retailer? Could go and try there….but if the big one do not stock, I don t think the small one will (edited)
