I really don't like to moan, especially in the opening part of a deal, haha. Here I am though...
Epiphone prices are so steep nowadays, it puts them out of reach for a lot of people. The quality increased over the years and the prices were fair for a good while.
Sadly now, they're mostly £500+ for guitars that were in the £300 bracket. The more premium stuff, such as the Bonomasa and Greeny models are so expensive, that they make my wallet cry. It would be great to see prices come down again, although it feels like this is a permanent thing (Please be wrong)
So... I found this today at Thomann. It's not going to be everyone's cup of tea, although I can only assume that some folks out there will like it and also consider it a good price. I really thing it is, if you want a decent quality Epiphone without going second hand or building a time machine.

Sorry again for the whinge, I am passionate about guitars and it always annoys me when thing seemingly increase in price for little to no reason at all. Pop those things together and you get a mardy Ken

sorted byI completely agree with you on guitar prices. The paradox at the moment is that there are so many used guitars on the market and shifting them has become impossible. I had a Ibanez S521 in mint condition for £170 for about a year before someone picked it up.
I'm eyeing up those Prophecy models at the moment, and I really REALLY shouldn't be
