Had the same offer in the pop up store in Braehead. They had the same pops. Usually they have a load of Marvel ones as well. Probably holding them back.

What is this like a laser disc? :/
Plus postage puts it up to £14.94
Star Wars Rogue One is how £10.99 on this site!
Not that fussed by the original post, but your £6 sale link is great!
I'm going to be in so much trouble, parcel ban, hoping these take the full 5 days
An extra 10% off with code RSSEZHEL10
Funnily enough, the 2 Portishead albums were what I was waiting to come back in stock before I placed my order.
That my generation
I think people were so underwhelmed, myself included, because it had too much to live up to. The albums before it were incredible that this was always unlikely to live up to expectations. I didn't care for it much then but perhaps I'll give it another try.
Thanks OP, that's me sixty quid poorer! Have some heat.
You can play it in France if you have the right plug (for your record player).
Does this album play in French :/
Compared to second coming this one is for kids. John Squire is one of the best guitarists around and when the stone roses came back with second coming they had matured into a heavy psych jamming band with long improvised songs rather than three minute pop tunes. I've got some of the shows from their 95 tour and they are simply, superb. Few bands are good enough to improvise like they did. Brown was the weak link. He was often off his head and just screamed out the lines he could remember . Sadly when they came back a few years ago they had reverted back to the childish style they matured from. Then again I don't expect their new fans would have a clue what was going on if they jammed for an hour with acid drenched improvised solos from Squire. Miss out this album and check out the real stones roses. It's a real shame this band lasted less than a year.
Cold for making a typing error I think is more appropriate (now corrected)
Should of gone to Specsavers
Cold for gloating about being able to afford a holiday in the Caribbean.
£14.41 plus £1.26 delivery its saying for me.
Won't allow checkout on App or Website.
Is this 33rpm or 45rpm?
my vinyl reissue buying has got out of hand this year , although the 'price still has to be right' found quite a few handy deals on here in the past as a lurker so thought it's about time i shared a few
Haha same, can't imagine how big his vinyl collection is!
Knew this would be one of your posts without even looking @spaceisace
Same price at HMV. Although showing as out of stock online, HMV still have a large high street presence.
Buy a few more of their decent priced records and it's cheaper :)
Still more expensive? :/
There's also a 10% discount code for first orders SOV10OFF1
Great price but £3.95 delivery and not in stock...
Cracking album but poor vinyl pressing apparently
Thank you to who ever said that HMV had it at the same price. It's free delivery for over £10 spend. So a non-prime member like myself, can have it for the £11.99 price sticker!
Also Early Muse Yes! First three albums are excellent. As are most of the b-sides from that era. Also also, the album artwork on this record is very pixelated - beware.
One, you lose quality when burning to a disc, or steaming on Spotify. You really can get excellent sounding vinyl these days. Much heavier, thicker grooves. The reasons I collect are one, special editions like coloured vinyl. They are beautiful objects and treasured items, especially for albums I like to revisit from my years when discovering music was my everything. Two, when you put on album on vinyl you stop. And listen. You stop. And you listen. Any other format, that respect just doesn’t happen. I put a record on and I stay with it, I disconnect, I calm down. It’s therapeutic. And I think it’s important to remember that in this digital age.
Back down to 7.99. Just ordered mine. Cheers OP.
I remember when this was first out every shop in London seemed to be selling cheap import copies for £2.99
Seems so. Back up to £18 now. May be worth keeping an eye on.
Still there! Although it did drop off for a while. Free delivery only on orders over £10, sadly.
I echo that. Telegraph Road is an absolute classic. Also Sultans of Swing from Alchemy Live are my 2 favourites.
Received my first CD player in January 1986, a Sharp and was blown away by the CD I got with it. Love Over Gold. Telegraph Road is 14 minutes of pure rock awesomeness. Got everything in there. Well I thought so :) Worse track on this album is Wok of Rice. Bloody hate it.
Wow I feel old. This was my free record when I subscribed to Britannia Music club in 1980's. In true HUKD style I cancelled my subscription within 28 days but got to keep the free LP!
Amazing album, great price. Heat.
Any idea when the code expires?
passing this on to my brother he uses these all the time (y)
got a delivery from them today have used them in the past too no hassles so far ,decent service
Oh and videos of a young snoop are hilarious
There's a history of hip hop programme on NowTV at the moment, watching it with my 15 yr old thinking im cool as i still know the words, only to find they know all the words too (lol)
This deal is back on.
Can only see it at £16.69...?
One of the first albums on cassette I bought (from Our Price) with parental guidance is advised tag. Along with Easy E - EZ does it. Thought I was very edgy lol. The album is still as hard hitting now as it was then. Blistering, angry, giving a voice to the black American youth. Classic.
risen to £12.68
I didn't care for them much back then (I was obsessed with Adam Ant longer than everyone else) but you've got to admit their songs have aged well/are still catchy. In fact I appreciate their songs more now than in the 1980s.
Was crap then so still crap now. IMO.
still there new & used from 7.99
Expired. Back up to £20.94 now.
The Clash forever
I have this on my new Virgin Credit Card :)
Punk Rock and the Pistols go hand in hand...******* bang on band...I followed the Clash and Joe Strummer, but always liked the Pistols simply because the rocked big time!
Can't eat a vinyl rich tea.
Ordered another pair today to make my setup 5.1.4 but I got mine via Richer Sounds telesales for £249 with free next day delivery as my first pair I got for £254 from audio visual online as an AV club member. As I said previously the best way to use these speakers are as hights and what's goof about these is you can switch them to point sound down if placing them behind you. Having had the Elacs and Alteco you still need to increase the volume as you might not hear the effects by default. I have a Marantz SR6012 and don't use audyssey as I like to manually set it up and turn them up. Also 5yr Dali warranty (y) Not perfect but does the job: 'Cable Trunking' https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/products/small-storage-organisers/cable-management-accessories/montera-cable-trunking-white-art-30147425/
I’ve just ordered Dali Alteco alongwith Zensor 7,awaiting to set it up.Whats your review of the Alteco?
Dali C1's look nice, how do they sound in comparison?.
In ceiling is the best way but hights on the wall trumps putting them on top of speakers as they don't have to bounce up then down.
Don’t you need them in ceiling
Why cold, where do you find it cheaper
Just over £10 per discussion, excellent price
Sunday morning brings the dawn in It's just a restless feeling by my side Early dawning, Sunday morning It's just the wasted years so close behind Watch out, the world's behind you There's always someone around you who will call It's nothing at all
Great album! (y)
The sound quality does seem very thin on the copies i have sadly.
Does the banana peel off like the original?
Cold - doesn’t count towards one of my 5-a-day.
Is this in store of just online??
Some great prices in here. Weeknd Starboy £11.99, CHVRCHES Every Open Eye for £9.99 also. Thanks op
Bought Elbow for £9.99 and Daft Punk for £12.99 last night, great sale
Thanks OP, heat added.
But I need the whole record otherwise it sounds bad and it damages the stylus.
