Subway prices are just ridiculous. £3.50 on an offer. That's £7 for a footlong!

When it was £1.99 I was hesitant then what makes them think charging extra £1.51 id be tempted inflation only works on things that are worth it or essential not on less than mediocre items like this (edited)

I think subway has had its day. Whilst this is a good deal the normal prices and they're stupid "Series" menu is just ridiculous.

Ive been saying this for a while, but I think their only saviour is to start offering a meal deal to compete with greggs. What I mean by this is pre made sandwiches in a fridge next to the counter as a fixed price.
Most people including myself don't want to spend any more than 5/6 pounds on lunch. As it stands , I can't see Subway surviving the next ten years

Tesco/Sainsbury's meal deal could easily be in excess of £6 at the end of the decade with all the chaos in the world driving rising prices! (edited)

I went to Subway and they were advertising the £4.99 foot long then after the sandwich was made they said they weren’t a participating store. What a joke

Subway Fulham North End Road are not honouring this. The guy at the counter asked his manager Helen who insisted it only applies to the saver menu (after saying they weren’t doing it at all).

This branch is on the list of participating stores linked in the post and I showed them all the evidence on the offer on the App.

Any number for corporate to let them know?

They have started putting their sub prices back in the window but the offers are way too expensive compared to the old deals, I have perfected my own alternative filled with fruit and oats, three minutes in the microwave, and costs a fraction of what they charge.

I usually get an Italian BMT footlong (12"), which is about £7.40. So not much of a saving for me! Might be for others though
