    I bought some t-shirts from them when they really started pushing on online market places about 20 years ago. The t-shirts where good quality, I still have 1 of the 3 I purchased. Not sure about the boots but at £20~ no matter the brand you need to set your expectations accordingly.

    I would say water-resistant, I have never had water enter the shoes.
