    I used to love Trivento until they started substituting the good wine for cheaper stuff then they mucked around with the labels so you had a cheap and a premium version so didn't know what you were actually buying.
    The cheaper bottle like this one is not the same Trivento we were buying at year or two ago.
    Saw Mucho Mas selling for £6 in Morrisons a much better buy in my opinion.

    I think they spend more on marketing than quality control, it's overrated imo

    If you get a chance, maybe try the Trapiche Malbec, it's a little more expensive and less often on offer but worth it imo

    At least this is still 13.5% - I looked at red wines in Morrisons yesterday, and it's shocking the number that have been reduced down to 11% or 12%. I just won't buy the new watered down versions, because they taste like fruit juice.

    Agree for the most part, although I like a lower ABV wine for Sun night to prepare me for the week ahead.

    This is their lower end Malbec for this brand .. it's an OKish wine but not proper Malbec

    Malbec is the grape variety, so it technically is a proper Malbec if it's made using it, but I get what you mean. Not a good example of what a Malbec should taste like.

    now giving me the discount without subscribing so ordered.. thankyou, Because of minimum unit pricing here in Scotland we cannot get the multibuy discounts so this is ideal. Also agree that it is not as good as it was but still good for me.
