    I purchased this and when I went to book, I was told there's a £10 booking fee when using the voucher!!

    Reviews are a bit worrying but i have found on my last 2 hotel stays that you should not always be put off by reviews.

    I can't see the cancellation/refund policy once booked.
    Why do Buyagift not make important info clear and obvious?
    I suspect because it's non refundable, in which case, avoid.

    Yearly travel insurance this will cover uk hotels cancelation for legit medical reasons.

    For anyone booking and expecting to play a round at nearby Renishaw Golf Club, it's now closed down and has been a large duck pond since the flooding last year.
