sorted byAnyway, I paid about £54 with the 15% off vouchers plus the resubscribe deal that came through about a month and a bit ago. So worth waiting if you can.
Also you cannot add games unless subscribed - to make that clear
I'm interested to try all three and I don't own any of them already so from me.
This is not Game Pass and we are not going to get AAA games every month.
I've subbed to PS Plus since about 2013 and there have been far, far worse months than this!
Then ask them what games they'd actually want on there any they'll either avoid the question or name some absolute garbage. It's the HUKD way.
Usually a third hate the games, a third are good with it and a third are indifferent.
I also have no doubt that even if there were 3 flagship titles some people would still complain.
My view at this point is if there is at least 1 game I would like to try but would not want to buy it's a decent month and Immortals of Aveum is a good example. I think every quarter there are at least 1 or 2 games I play and enjoy and that's enough to justify the cost of subscription.
But surely the whole point of the service is that these games *complement* the main, 'bigger' games that you buy normally? I don't expect, or even really want, lots of mainstream AAA games from PS Plus - I *want* smaller/less well-known games that I probably wouldn't otherwise try.
So, in recent months, I've played (and enjoyed) Steelrising, Evil West, A Plague Tale and various others *in between* games like Alan Wake 2 and Baldur's Gate 3 that, of course, you have to pay for.
This month, I'll definitely try out Immortals of Aveum and maybe Skul - maybe they'll be fun, maybe not, but if not, so what? I'll just move on to the regular games I buy. How can anyone complain about this for, what, a fiver a month? The cost of about a pint? (edited)
